Looking for a Loft in Downtown Birmingham?

The other night, at a performance/ tea party in the Phoenix Lofts, some friends and I were talking about how nice it would be to live downtown. We'd all love to live in the Phoenix, but the waiting list is too long, and the lofts that are available for sale in the buildings downtown are ridiculously expensive. Our friend Ryan remarked that he had actually seen some that were relatively affordable (at least for those who are in the market to buy a house/loft), and being the industrious guy that he is, he did some research and produced this incredible document, which I'm going to call "Ryan Sullivan's Guide to Downtown Living."
